Once we have answered all of your questions and you have found your Conrad Home, you will sign a Purchase agreement, provide a pre-approval letter from a lender, and submit a non-refundable deposit. We have several lenders that previous buyers have recommended over and over again. You can find a list of them in the Financial Solutions section of our website. We also welcome any outside lender that you feel comfortable with.
Your Sales Consultant will schedule a meeting with you and our home design consultant where you will be able to select several options. The home design consultant will work with you to make your home just like you want it. At Conrad Homes we create a budget for every home when the plans are designed. If you want to upgrade any finishes, we will credit the budgeted amount to you so you can pick any finishes that you wish.
When the home is under construction, our sales consultant will schedule an introduction meeting with you and our construction team who will be managing your site. The meeting occurs at your home site and includes an overview of the craftsmanship and quality going into your home. During construction you can expect to hear about the major updates through the building process directly from your construction team. If you have any questions they will be happy to go over them with you.
Conrad Homes will provide 2-3 formal construction meetings with you throughout the home building process. These meetings are scheduled so that you can show off your new home to your family and friends, and take a look at all the progress.
When the drywall is complete on your new home, the Home Design Consultant will set up a meeting with you in order to go over all the finishes.
Upon the completion of your home, a construction manager will walk your home with you to make sure you are happy with the finished product and demonstrate how all the home's systems work. They will also go over in detail with you the warranty information.
After your final walk through, we will close and fund the house at a professional title company. At this point we will hand over the keys to your brand new home!
